Timeframe

 As most pieces including all rings are made to order, please allow up to two weeks for your item to be created.  You will then receive a tracking number for your parcel which will be sent via Australia Post.

​Shipping will be with Australia Post, Standard or Express. 

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Although express within Australia is usually next business day, to be safest, allow a week within Australia and two weeks anywhere else. I will always make your order quickly and if it is ready early, I will send it early. If your order is urgent, just let me know, I'll do my best to get it on its way to you a little sooner.

​What to Expect In Your Package

 Your Burning Rose Jewellery Co. piece will be packaged in a black jewellery box with a gold rose print and tied with gold satin ribbon, perfect for gift giving.

Climate change is important to me so your gift packaged piece will arrive in a fully recycled paper padded mailer for protection against damage which will be inside a compostable waterproof cornstarch mailer.

 Customs and Import Taxes

 ​You may be asked to pay customs/import tax by your own country. This is beyond my control. I have no way to know whether they will decide to charge import tax and I cannot pay it for you. This is not a common occurrence and doesn't usually cost too much when it does occur, but it can cause a slight delay. Simply follow the instructions that they give you to receive your package with no more delay. 

​Returns and Exchanges

 Your piece of jewellery will be made to order just for you. As we are a small business, this means it is not possible for us to accept returns for change of mind. Please contact me if there is any problem with your Burning Rose Jewellery Co. piece. I will gladly fix or exchange faulty items.

If you have accidently ordered the wrong size ring, do not worry, I can resize most rings. Please get in touch for a resize for a fee of $30 plus shipping.

All custom work is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Pierced jewellery is not eligible for return unless defective. Please be sure of your gauge size before ordering to avoid disappointment! Gauge sizes are listed under product descriptions.
