All custom work is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Pierced jewellery is not eligible for return unless defective. Please be sure of your gauge size before ordering to avoid disappointment! Gauge sizes are listed under product descriptions.

Arrives in a Burning Rose Jewellery co gift box tied with blue ribbon, ready for gift giving.

The invoice is not included in the parcel, however the note will be addressed to you. If you would like a gift message, please get in touch at time of purchase. 

All domestic orders orders are shipped via Australia Post Express. International (outside of Australia) will be shipped via Standard Australia Post International which will take aproximately 10-20 days.

Please bear in mind that due to the pandamic there may be delays, which I unfortunately have no control over. You will recieve tracking information for your package so you can track it's progress to you.  

You, the buyer, are responsible for all customs, duties and import fees.

If the item is undeliverable to the address provided and we are not able to contact you to confirm your address, the item will be shipped back to us. We can re-send the item but shipping must be paid for again.
