Made to order items take between 6 and 14 days to create. Once finished they will be shipped right away via Australia Post, standard or express. 

Your order will arrive in a Burning Rose Jewellery co gift box tied with gold ribbon, ready for gift giving. 

You, the buyer, are responsible for all customs, duties and import fees.

If the item is undeliverable to the address provided and we are not able to contact you to confirm your address, the item will be shipped back to us. We can re-send the item but shipping must be paid for again.

All our jewellery is made to the highest standard and I want you to be happy with your purchase! Please contact me if there is a problem with your Burning Rose Jewellery Co. piece. I will gladly fix or exchange faulty items. 

I do not accept returns for change of mind so please order carefully. 

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.

All custom work is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Pierced jewellery is not eligible for return unless defective. Please be sure of your gauge size before ordering to avoid disappointment! Gauge sizes are listed under product descriptions.
