If the item is undeliverable to the address provided and we are not able to contact you to confirm your address, the item will be shipped back to us. We can re-send the item but shipping must be paid for again

Returns and exchange details

All custom work is not eligible for returns or exchanges. All our jewellery is made to the highest standard and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us so we can offer you a solution. Pierced jewellery is not eligible for return unless defective. Please be sure of your gauge size before ordering to avoid disappointment! Gauge sizes are listed under product descriptions. Ready to ship items can be returned for a full refund or store credit (unless it is a pierced piece of jewellery), your choice. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt to initiate the return. It must be returned in the same unused, unworn condition it was sent out in.
